This phone may only be obtained in Ukraine and Bulgaria, as the place most likely to get it now.
It seems there is no certainty whether the Nokia C5-03 Illuvial pink will be sold or will soon be present else where in the world, unfortunately.
Additionally, the phone is not the first wrapped inshades of pink illuvial, before there is Nokia 6303, 6303i, 6700 and 5530.
